Important update to your incentives
From 1st September 2026, incling will take over the processing of your incentives. To reassure you, this will have no impact on the value or frequency of your incentives, only how you redeem them.
Final points redemption: Please redeem your existing points on the MLP platform by 30th September 2026. Any remaining points after this date will be automatically converted into the equivalent value of an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card by 16th October 2026, which will be sent to you directly by Royal London.
How it works
The Royal London Adviser Forum, is the place where you can have your say on things that are of interest to you.
Throughout the year we will contact you with pieces of research we would love to hear your opinion on. We’ll do this by adding activities onto the Forum for you to take part in. We’ll email you each time there is a new activity for you to take part in. The format of these activities will vary. In some cases, these may be open discussions, but you’re in control and can turn these to private at any time.
You don’t have to take part in everything, though we would of course love it if you did. As a thank you for your time you can earn points to spend on a wide range of things from retail gift cards to experiences just for you.
Getting Started
Once you’ve started to earn points, we’ll be in touch each quarter (starting from the end of February) to let you know how many points you have. Once you’re signed up, you can start exchanging these points for rewards.
